What does a visit entail?
Every Moggy Mate visit includes feeding, changing the water, emptying the litter tray, giving medication (if required), play time and lots of cuddles and attention (which depends on the personality of the cat).
How long does a visit last?
This depends on the personality of each individual cat, some of them are instantly friendly and we'll bond straight away, others can be aloof (but I win them over more often than not). Two visits per day are only available to those in Kirkcaldy and Dysart. For the surrounding area, it's one visit per day.
Will you keep me updated while I'm away?
Absolutely. You'll be sent photos and videos of your wee pal(s) via WhatsApp and updates so that you know everything is okay.
Where will you travel to?
Moggy Mate is based in Kirkcaldy, Fife. For the surrounding area, a little bit more needs to be charged to reflect fuel (but every effort is made to keep the price as low as possible). You'll be made aware of the total price before going ahead with a booking.
How long has Moggy Mate been going?
Moggy Mate has been keeping kittys happy and looked-after since 2022.
What happens after I book?
The next stage is a meet and greet where I visit your home to get aquainted with you and your furry friend(s), the meet and greet is free. This is when the key will be collected. On the final day of the booking, I will lock-up and post the key through the door in an envelope.
How does payment work?
Following the meet and greet, payment is up-front and due at least 24 hours before your booking starts. Payment can be made via direct bank transfer or you can leave cash.
